Normie Reality Model Version 1.1 Will Be Downloaded Tonight

Ordinarily, the fact that the President of the United States is suffering from a permanent and accelerating cognitive deficit would be the most important story on the planet. Instead, it’s a mere backdrop to two different and more important stories.  

The first is about the incredible effectiveness of the regime’s narrative control. For tens of millions of “normie” Americans, that narrative control is all-encompassing. For normies, the presidential debate a few weeks ago was the first time they realized there was any doubt about Biden’s cognitive faculties, let alone that he is suffering from advanced dementia. For these normies, that day was an epiphany. Yet, they do not yet realize that the fact of Biden’s rapid cognitive decline has been known for at least four years.

The second story is a “meta-story.”  It is the story about why the regime decided to reveal Biden’s decrepit state to the normies. In short, they intended to act on this “new” knowledge. To do so first required that the normie world model be updated to the most recent regime-approved version.

The Epiphany That Wasn’t

Normies literally know nothing about political reality that the regime doesn’t permit them to know. There are thousands of examples. For instance, normies don’t know that our involvement in Ukraine has little to do with NATO or national security and everything to do with advancing the interests of the intelligence community and the military industrial complex (and perhaps Biden’s repayment to Ukraine in exchange for the state-authorized laundering of funds from Burisma to Hunter Biden from 2014 through 2019, quid pro quo and all that).  They also don’t know that Ukraine is losing and will lose its war with Russia. As the regime’s interests change, the normies will be permitted to know the latter, but not the former. 

Same goes for normie awareness of Biden’s cognitive deficits. The fact that so many regular people have only now come to realize the scope of Biden’s impairment is a testament to the regime’s control of a wide array of information sources–a testament to the fact that millions of people have downloaded the regime approved mental reality model without realizing they’ve done so. Normie understanding of reality is mediated by the organic equivalent of a computer virus: a mind virus, a “woke” virus undoubtedly, but much more as well. It is all-encompassing. 

Ruling elites throughout human history have understood this: information control leads to perception control which leads to physical control. By controlling the information that normies receive, today’s leftist regime choreographs the way normies understand reality, all without normies realizing it. This is what it means to be a normie–a person who unwittingly adopts a mental reality model created for the purpose of control.

There are tens of millions of normies in America. You may be among them. Most normies think of themselves as “on the left” or as “an independent,” but many “republicans” fall into the normie category. Normies believe things like “we need a return of civility in politics” or “we need to reject extremists on both sides.” They think “our democracy” means their democracy. They think the election in 2020 was legitimate. Many also think that Nikki Haley or Mike Pence would be good compromise presidential candidates. Normies have nearly zero understanding of reality, especially political reality. When it comes to national politics, they simply don’t get it. They do not understand that the “barbarians are inside the gates” or, updated for our modern parlance, “they don’t know what time it is.” 

Thus, until the recent debate, normies had no idea that Biden’s cognitive decline was so advanced.  They didn’t know because the regime didn’t permit them to know.

The Update

Before the debate, the regime approved normie world model went something like this:

“Our democracy” is under threat by extremists on the right. These extremists are fascists” and “racists” and terrible people in all the ways that terrible people are terrible. We on left are “the adults.” Due to our heroic efforts in 2020 to overcome the terrible people on the right, we “adults” regained control of the government. Since then, we’ve repaired much of the terrible damage wrought by the terrible people on the terrible “far right.” Now, everything is better than it was when it was terrible, no matter how bad it is now. Inflation? Better than it was under the terrible people. Risk of nuclear war? Lower than it was under the terrible people. Unemployment? More people are employed than under the terrible people. Rule of law? Stronger than it was under the terrible people. Joe Biden’s health? What are you talking about? Why would you even ask this question? He’s smarter than the terrible people. 

Let’s call that normie reality model version 1.0. Most of it is completely false or beside the point or both. Most of it also sounds plausible, especially in light of other false beliefs contained in Version 1.0–they cross-confirm one another.

But with the debate, the regime distributed an update.  The update is identical to Version 1.0, with two exceptions: First, the new model introduced the question of Biden’s cognitive impairment. Second, it takes as an axiom that it was only very recently (as in, just a few weeks ago) that Biden’s cognitive impairment became noticeable.  Let’s call this normie reality model Version 1.1. 

Version 1.1 was distributed to tens of millions of normies via regime approved propaganda outlets–essentially the only sources of normie information about reality outside of their neighborhoods. Having downloaded the update, these normies only recently came to understand that Biden is impaired. Let that sink in for a moment: Until a few weeks ago, normies had almost no idea that Biden wasn’t anything other than perfectly healthy.  

Critically, however, Version 1.1 includes a second component that causes normies to believe they’ve learned of Biden’s cognitive impairment at the same time as everybody else. Normies do not realize that many people have known of Biden’s impairment for four years. Normies believe they’ve learned something when in fact they’ve learned nothing. They don’t yet understand that the only reason they now know of Biden’s cognitive impairment is that they’ve been allowed to know.

Any person who didn’t realize four years ago (yes, July 2020) that Joe Biden was already presenting obvious signs of dementia is likely a normie–or at least was in 2020. I intend this as a clinical observation, not a pejorative. It was obvious in the middle of 2020–to those not operating under normie reality model Version 1.0–that Biden was impaired and lacked the faculties to serve as President of the United States. 

Normie minds are deep in the bowels of a mental prison. A prison that has been designed to incarcerate human minds without the mind realizing it is incarcerated. The implications of this are manifold. Normies who have downloaded regime-approved reality model Version 1.1 will not begin to escape their algorithmic prisons until they realize that the reason they now know of Biden’s dementia is because the prison guards have permitted them to know.

And the prison guards have thought this through. Carefully. They understand all the fictional narratives and fabricated memes that comprise the normie mental model of reality because they created them. Those fictional narratives and memes are Version 1.0. As such, even before the debate, the regime prison guards understood that news of Biden’s cognitive impairment would be surprising to normies. Startling, even. And so it was. Why? Because the news that the President of the United States has severe dementia is brand new information to normies. It wasn’t part of Version 1.0. It is part of Version 1.1. Who wouldn’t be surprised to learn such a thing for the first time?

So, the regime revealed this information in such a way that normies would come to believe not one, but two things–the two updates that comprise Version 1.1. First, that Biden is impaired. Second, that everybody simultaneously learned that Biden is impaired.

So rigidly controlled are the mental models of “normie Americans” that the regime can assume, with just a little care, that normies will not realize that the fact of Biden’s impairment has been known for four years. The regime can assume this because that’s how it is presenting this new information on every regime approved channel–the mainstream media information sources that normies naively believe they choose to watch. This is Version 1.1. Most normies will never realize they are in this mental prison. 

The Medium is the Message

The regime has arranged for this “news” (i.e., Version 1.1) to be presented to normies in a particular way: a special medley of “surprise” and quiet sadness designed to manipulate normie emotions to ease the shock of this “new” information while simultaneously suggesting that it’s also a shock to everybody else. This “surprise” has been followed by feigned nostalgia for the supposed greatness that Biden once attained coupled with a somber recognition that something must be done.  

Meanwhile, “right wing” X is awash in memes mocking the numerous examples of regime mandarins attesting to Biden’s cognitive strength, some as recent as just a few weeks ago.

But even before Version 1.1 was distributed, X had been drowning in memes mocking Biden’s cognitive impairment since Musk purchased it last year (before then, Twitter was part of the regime and heavily censored such posts).

Normies know none of this because Version 1.0 prevented them from seeing “right wing Twitter.”

Versions 1.0 and 1.1 also have built in fail-safe mechanisms that activate immediately when a normie encounters certain trigger words or concepts, such as those a normie may encounter on right-wing X. These fail-safe mechanisms are pre-packaged idea viruses that spring into action whenever a normie encounters an unapproved idea. They are memetic defenses that protect the regime’s lies about everything.

For example, the fact that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true and that the regime knew it was true, were both obvious in 2020.  And yet, even today most normies are completely unaware of this story. If they are aware of it, they believe it is “Russian disinformation.” Why? Because Version 1.0 was preloaded with memetic defenses specific to this topic. To wit, the “51 intelligence officials” letter narrative involved the most senior members of the regime’s intelligence community telling America not to believe what was right in front of their faces: that Hunter Biden, a crack addict, forgot that he left his personal laptop at a computer repair shop, the store owner turned it over to the New York Post, and on it was found strong email evidence of kickbacks to Joe Biden from foreign governments and pictures of Hunter Biden smoking crack with scantily clad nubile women, while brandishing a firearm. Today, that same laptop was admitted into evidence in a federal criminal trial against Hunter Biden! Still, most normies don’t know about it. 

In other words, in late 2020 America had evidence that Joe Biden was accepting bribes from foreign governments while he was the Vice President of the United States.  The regime didn’t want normies to know this (for obvious reasons) so former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Director of the CIA Mike Hayden, and former CIA Director and Secretary of Defense Leon Penetta, and dozens of other regime mandarins conspired to lie to America that this whole story was “Russian disinformation.”

Those who are unaware of this story, only recently came to hear about it, cannot explain it in detail, or believe it is Russian disinformation, are the normies.

Until late June 2024, those memetic defenses also defended the regime’s lies about Biden’s severe cognitive impairments. If a normie inadvertently encountered news about Biden’s cognitive impairment, Version 1.0 had pre-programmed the normie to categorize that news as a “cheap fake.” 

The Calm Before the Storm

The regime’s media handmaidens have been covering for Joe Biden’s cognitive deficits so effectively for so long that the decision to disclose the truth strongly suggested they were going to act on this “revelation” and replace him. The regime didn’t make a “mistake” when it downloaded Version 1.1 to the normies–It wanted them to know that Biden can’t be the President. It wanted them to know because it intended to replace him.

As such, it downloaded to tens of millions of normies a new mental model of reality–Version 1.1. This new mental model authorized the normies to question Biden’s mental fitness, but only in a limited and controlled way: subdued questioning about who can replace him. 

This was obvious months ago.

At any rate, these coordinated events–the controlled disclosure of information just weeks before the Democratic convention–strongly suggested some level of regime coordination. Not a conspiracy, per se, but a rapidly forming consensus within the ruling elite that Biden is not going to be the candidate together with the emergence of a plausible alternative. The regime took the next steps in this unfolding narrative when it forced Biden to withdraw.

That said, his endorsement of Harris is a meaningless gesture. It remains to be seen whether she will be the actual nominee. I’d say the odds are worse than 50-50.

Though there may not yet be a consensus on who will replace him, we can assume that in many closed rooms and on many private phone calls, elite powerbrokers are wheeling and dealing, struggling mightily to form a coalition with sufficient power to back a serious candidate.
